New music vs old? Is this even a question anymore!?! I by no means have a genre preference when it comes to music but I do however have one mother fuckin request. I need to be able to understand what in the actual fuck you are saying. Today’s rap or whatever you want to call it, is nothing but a bunch of garbage spit out into the minds of impressionable individuals who of no fault of there own can’t understand that it’s pure trash. We have “rappers” dressing like multicolored popsicles and wearing dresses and looking like they smell like pure shit talking about all the so called “bitches” they pull. We have words that sound as if they are coming from someone who has a speech impediment layered on top of a beat. I absolutely cannot stand listening to the trash that they call mumble rap. If I wanted to hear such music I would get my friends wasted and throw a beat on and let them hash it out. What happened to standards and quality. What the fuck happened to talent? When did sounding as if you smoked crack and packed a pound of Cheetos in your mouth become the new rave on the beat? It’s really sad the radio has lost its ability to say absolutely not this shit is trash. I feel as if I am dumber for having to hear it. I already have issues with Grammar and spelling the last thing I need in my life is forgetting how to speak actual words. Is this what the future holds for entertainment? When did everyone become so interested and entertained by dumb shit?
